WalkAbout RV Park. Australian Name, Friendly Place

Next door neighbors for a couple of days.

We’ve been on the road now for about three weeks, but there has been no time to be lonely.

When we were in Virginia we met good friends John & Colette travelling with Doug & Bonnie. We found each other in a  Wal-Mart, where we all snuggled in for the night  and had a great visit.   About a week later, in North Carolina friends Jason and Gord stopped by to cook us a great dinner. Now, here in Georgia Rick.& Elaine caught up with us and we are all enjoying another great visit. We have no idea who we will run into next out here, but we are sure we will never feel alone.

WalkAbout RV Park: Australian Name, Friendly Feel.

Veggie truck

Yesterday afternoon a local gal came into the park with her truck full of veggies. Now if that doesn’t remind you of RVing in Mexico, nothing will. We went for a couple of long walks yesterday out side of the park. Right next door is a large ready-to-go but deserted subdivision, You could walk for hours back there, the roads are even paved! And while here you also need to walk the pier out through the marsh to the Crooked River.

Did you do the poll yesterday? At last count, more than 20 of you did. If not, have you got a minute right now? Inquiring minds want to know these things.

“We’ll be Friends Forever, won’t we, Pooh?’ asked Piglet.
Even longer,’ Pooh answered.”
