Thank you Santa

Wow! We must have been good kids! Santa brought us a Ninja cooking system for Christmas.

Hearty skillet lasagna. Deelish!

What a surprise, there it was, just sitting  under the tree under the shelf at Costco with our name on it. We got to try it out last night for supper (it was Christmas day somewhere).

I’m impressed.  We had a delicious Hearty skillet lasagna, all prepared in one pot and cooked in about 30 minutes.

For dessert (yes, we even had dessert) we had Kahlua brownies with cinnamon cream. Once again, thanks Ninja

We got a text from our turkey

Our Christmas turkey sent us a text to say he wasn’t going to make it again this year (something about his dog ate the keys for his scooter) so tonight’s dinner will be prime rib au jus, with garlic mashed potatoes and, a Vanstone Christmas tradition, brussel sprouts. Stop by if you’re in the area.  We share.

Merry Christmas everyone. Enjoy the day, and be good out there won’t you!

Even our coach was up early this morning to bring you Christmas wishes

I leave you today with a Christmas carol. One that’s not played every year but cherished by millions. Enjoy
