Look who I found sitting on one of our outdoor chairs.
When we lived on the West (wet) coast we saw a lot of these snails, not so here in Ontario. But this year it’s so wet here even these little guys are heading for higher ground.
Today it’s a beautiful sunny morning. What’s the forecast for the rest of the day? Showers, heavy at times with 60% chance of significant thunderstorms.
Will it ever end?
Tuesday night we had a hail storm go through here, lots of thunder and lightning and more hail than I have ever seen. Remember, we are from “Hail Storm Central”, Alberta, so we’ve seen some doozies. It tore the topper awning off our one slides.
Wednesday Morning, so 10 hours later after a 20 degree Celsius (about 70 farenheit) night, near Downtown Grimsby, this is what I saw:
