Please feel free to sing along with me if you want. We talked yesterday about all the bike riding and walking opportunities in this area.
Yesterday Marilyn and I grabbed some raisins (when we pack raisins for a snack, that means it’s going to be a long bike ride) and turned left to a less developed area.
In most US areas of population it’s pretty typical to see large subdivisions with the services all completed and no buildings but in this area the semi-developed area goes for miles.
There are literally thousands of acres of finished streets, probably with water, sewer, electricity and for sale signs just waiting to be lived in.
Instead of kids playing and seniors walking, it’s all just slowly being reclaimed by Mother Nature.
Every 4 or 5 blocks you see a house, than a few more blocks of signs. No traffic, no people, just a bit of wildlife.
But what a great place to go for a bike ride!
