7 Great Shots of Port Colborne

7 Great Shots of Port Colborne

Yesterday morning both Marilyn and I read an insightful item on the internet about the Welland Canal and Port Colborne. I must say it was an extremely interesting piece. It got us both to thinking that we hadn’t been to “the Gateway to Navigation” in a long time. It looked like the perfect day for a drive so off we went.

Here’s some of what we saw.

There’s a funky downtown right along the Canal and boats of all different shapes and sizes. Did I mention their fun shopping area? If you head that way in August make sure you catch Canal Days where they usually have a visit from the Tall Ships.

Love the fog and the sun peaking through on Gravelly Bay

  1. Unfortunately we couldn’t get in to either one of them Gord. There are a lot of big high end older homes in that town.
