Months Later

Every Inukshuk is a reflection of it’s creator

I apologize. It’s been  while.

Marilyn says that’s  because she got me a new 360 camera for my  birthday and since that date, the camera has consumed all my time.

Well; I do like my new toys!

Actually, the problem is I haven’t been able to figure out how to put a 360 photo or video on this blog  (it’s the easiest thing in the world to do on Facebook or Instagram), and out of frustration I guess I kind of gave up trying.

It’s finally spring in southern Ontario!

In the past week we’ve gone from way-below freezing every night to way-above freezing. We’ve gone from snow banks to spring flowers. We’ve gone from being dressed in layers with hoods and warm woolen mitts  to wearing shorts and sandals.

Back in the 1800’s this creek was an important part of the first and second Welland Canals

We’ve also promised each other that we will NOT spend the entire winter at home next year

Once again, I’d like to thank you for the read. Perhaps we can do this more often.

I promise I’ll try.

Friends are people who really know you well and like you any way.” Greg Tamblyn

  1. George, you got that right. As I said before; that was our first winter in Canada after 9 years of going south. We did it because we could.
