Here at Jojoba Hills Tuesday morning is time for the meeting of the Hiking club.
It’s a great chance to meet some new people and have a good look at some of the points of interest around us. Our hike yesterday was fun, but tame. About a dozen of us did a 2 or 3 mile hike down into the valley, up a wash to see a waterfall that was flowing quite nicely thanks to yesterday’s rain.
The week before was a little more strenuous: We did 5 or 6 miles with at least a 1500 foot gain in elevation. That one lasted about five hours.

Whether on our own or with a group, we love to hike! All you need to do to catch our interest is tell us to “Take a hike”
Today’s tip: To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.
Thanks again for the read.
