Didn’t someone once say “Absence makes the heart grow fonder?”

I’m sure I read that somewhere. It’s true, you haven’t seen me here for 10 days or so. It’s not that I haven’t been here. I stop everyday and check out the “Spanish Word of The Day”, and while I’m there I read the “Daily Motivator” right below it. I’ve read RALPH most days for the last 10 years or so. When I found out I could put him on my website I got right to it.

Yesterday we were  happy to know the “subject to’s” are off our house. The deal will close about June 29, although we are ready anytime now. It used to be home, now it’s one more thing we need to look after.

Life is much busier for this six month portion of our lives than it is for the six on the road. There is no question that as much as I enjoy my job (how could you not enjoy talking to people about their RV’s all day and getting well paid for it),  it sure puts a crimp into my leisure time.

That picture at the top of the page?  That’s the sun coming up over Lake Ontario one morning when we were out for a walk. It is also the subject of Marilyn’s latest painting. I promise you will see it (the painting)  soon.
